2022 Altima Trims and Features

The Nissan Altima is available in different trim levels: S, SV, and SL. The S trim level comes with various standard features, including a rearview camera, automatic headlights, keyless entry and ignition, and Bluetooth connectivity.

The SV trim level builds on the base S trim by adding features such as dual-zone climate control, an upgraded audio system with USB and auxiliary ports, leather upholstery, steering-wheel-mounted controls for the infotainment system.

The SL trim level offers everything included in both S and SV trims plus additional items such as 18" alloy wheels. A power sunroof and an upgraded Nissan Safety Shield system include blind-spot monitoring, lane departure warning, and automatic emergency braking.

In addition to the three trim levels mentioned above, there are also two special editions of Altima's available: the SR Midnight Edition and the Platinum Reserve Edition. The SR Midnight Edition features several dark chrome accents and an upgraded stereo system. It is available in both S and SV trim levels. The Platinum Reserve edition builds on the upper-end Limited edition by adding special exterior paint (black or red), unique alloy wheels, leather upholstery with contrast stitching, heated front seats, premium door trim, and more. It is only available as an SL trim level.

2022 Nissan Altima Horsepower

One of the most impressive aspects of the new Altima is its horsepower. It comes equipped with a V-shaped engine that delivers up to 248 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque. This makes it one of the most powerful cars in its class. You'll be able to feel the power when you hit the gas, making acceleration effortless. It also has a continuously variable automatic transmission.

The Nissan Altima safety features are excellent: standard inflatable seat belts, childproof locks on the rear doors, an ignition immobilizer system to prevent theft.
