2021 Nissan Maxima

What's New For the 2021 Nissan Maxima?

In 2021, the Nissan Maxima carries over the same mechanical components and aesthetic features from 2020. This year, however, the Maxima is available in a new, limited-edition trim level called the 40th Anniversary Edition. This special version of the Maxima gets a distinguished look from its Maxima siblings and other sedans with a distinctive two-tone paint color scheme featuring a black and gray color pattern and bold red leather upholstery. A well-equipped and upscale cabin is a highlight of the 2021 Nissan Maxima, which comes standard with high-end amenities such as leather seats.

What Are the Maxima Trims & Features?

This year, the Nissan Maxima is available in four trim levels. The first trim is the SV. It has leather upholstery and comfortable seats with a total seating capacity for five people. Heated front seats are standard on the Maxima. It also includes WiFi and an eight-inch touchscreen display with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay pairing. Dual-zone climate control is standard, along with keyless entry and push-button ignition. Remote vehicle start and monitoring are also standard. Satellite radio is standard on the base trim level.

The mid-level Maxima trim adds even more amenities, including a sunroof and fog lights on the outside. It also has some sporty exterior accents and a sport-tuned suspension. The SR has a heated steering wheel and premium upholstery with a combination of leather and faux suede. Ventilated front seats are also included, and you'll get a Bose sound system with 11 speakers. Paddle shifters on the steering wheel let you take control of the gear shifting when you want. The Platinum trim gets high-end leather upholstery, wood trim accents, alloy, aluminum wheels, and rain-sensing wipers. The 40th Anniversary Edition features leather-appointed red seats, glossy black wheels, and special badges.
