The 2018 Sentra comes in 6 trim packages to choose from: S, SV, SR, SL, SR Turbo, and NISMO. The standard S package comes with a 6-speed manual transmission, steel wheels, LED headlights, power windows and locks, air conditioning, tilt steering wheel, and cruise control among other amenities.

The Sentra SV is a notch higher than the S trim. It's audio system consists of six speakers instead of four and adds controls to the steering wheel, so you can change settings while you drive. The SV also includes an Intelligent Key and uses a push-button starter. The 5-in driver information touchscreen includes NissanConnect software and Siri Eyes Free for Apple smartphones. The interior gets a better cloth upholstery and dual-zone climate control.

The Sentra SR builds on the SV package, adding 17-in alloy wheels and a sportier exterior with a rear spoiler and flashier front end. LED low-beam headlights, fog lights, and a chrome-tipped exhaust pipe add to the sporty theme. It also comes with heated seats and mirrors, adaptive cruise control, and a sports cloth interior.

The Sentra SL has a choice of several alloy wheel options, all 17 inches in size. It has automatic headlights and adds leather to the interior, including the steering wheel, shifter knob, and seats. A moonroof, power driver's seat, and a nearly 6-inch touchscreen round out the upgraded cabin features.

The Sentra SR Turbo and NISMO both are the sports car variants of the 2018 Sentra. They come with a high-performance engine and improved construction for better speed and handling. The SR Turbo has better brakes, electronic steering, and an upgraded suspension system, while the NISMO gets a stiffer chassis, larger alloy wheels with the NISMO signature 10-spoke design.
