Even a company known for reliability like Nissan may have  a parts issue on a new vehicle from time to time. But you won't have to worry because the Nissan warranty has you covered.

Nissan Basic Limited Warranty

The Basic New Vehicle Limited Warranty provides 3-year/36,000-mile warranty coverage for repairs to original parts due to material or workmanship defects. In addition, bed liners are covered and repaired to commercial standards subject to conditions and limitations.

Nissan Limited Powertrain Warranty

The limited powertrain warranty provides coverage for 5-years/60,000-miles. The warranty covers repairs to correct workmanship or material defects and applies to:

   
• * Nissan Engine Warranty includes all internal parts, including rocker covers, cylinder heads, valve train, oil pan, timing chain, fuel and water pumps, intake and exhaust manifolds, fuel injectors, turbochargers, flywheel, gaskets, and seals, among other components.

   
• * Nissan Limited Transmission and Transaxle Warranty provide coverage for internal parts and case, torque converter, automatic transmission control module, A/T cooler, electronic transmission controls, clutch housing, and cover, seals, gaskets, and other parts.

   
• * Nissan Limited Drivetrain Warranty covers all internal parts, including propeller shafts, driveshafts, universal joint, seals, bearings, gaskets, and housing.

   
• * Nissan Restraint System warranty includes airbags and any related electronic seatbelt systems.

Nissan Limited Corrosion Warranty provides a 5-year/unlimited mileage corrosion coverage. This warranty covers costs associated with corrosive perforations or rust resulting in damage to body sheet panels.

Nissan Towing Coverage covers your Nissan if any warranty-covered failure results in the vehicle being inoperable. If towing is required, it will cover towing your vehicle to the nearest authorized Nissan dealership.

Roadside Assistance is also available to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for emergency assistance should the need arise due to a mechanical breakdown, flat tire, dead battery and other vehicle problems. This benefit is available for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first. 

Extended Service

Texas Nissan also offers many MPP plans that provide additional protection, including GAP, lease wear coverage, service contracts, and extended warranties for older models.
