What's New for the 2023 Nissan Altima?

Nissan has continued to keep their automobile lineup fresh this year with some substantial updates to the 2023 Altima. From an exterior standpoint, you'll notice that there are new wheels and brighter LED headlamps. Nissan has an updated logo that's on the front end of the vehicle as well. Two new hues are available for the exterior of the 2023 Altima. This includes Gray Sky Pearl and Garnett Pearl Metallic. One other minor change is the renamed Platinum trim level which is now known as the SL trim level.

What Are the 2023 Nissan Altima Trims & Features?

Nissan is offering five different trim levels in 2023 for their Altima model. The base model is the S trim level, followed by the SV, SR, SL, and SR VC-Turbo trims. If you're looking to get the most bang for your buck, we would recommend the SR trim level. It comes equipped with a lot of standard features, such as sport-tuned suspension, 19-inch wheels on the exterior, and an eight-direction power driver's seat. Other inclusions are Apple CarPlay / Android Auto connectivity, an updated gauge cluster, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2023 Nissan Altima Have?

Underneath the hood of the 2023 Altima is a 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine with a continuously variable automatic transmission that achieves 188 horsepower. You have the option to upgrade to a turbocharged, 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine that increases performance to 248 horsepower. The 2.5-liter engine is available only when you also opt for all-wheel drive. On the Altima SR trim level, you get sport-tuned suspension and 19-inch wheels that have excellent traction.

What Safety Features Does the 2023 Nissan Altima Include?

Nissan has included an impressive amount of safety features in their 2023 Altima. It comes equipped with automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, high-beam assist, blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alerts, and the ProPilot Assist semi-autonomous drive mode.
