Texas Nissan Shows Off the New Nissan Quest

The 2015 Nissan Quest is today's ultimate family minivan due to its wide range of user-friendly features and amenities. Offered in S, SV, SL and Platinum (previously LE) editions, the van sports a variety of enhancements this year that improve its drive and overall safety. Fan favorites such as Advanced Climate Control and one-touch power-sliding doors also find their way back into the Quest for 2015. Last year's powerful DOHC V-6 engine returns to the minivan as well for the new model year, offering exemplary performance across all trims. Read our 2015 Nissan Quest review below to gain additional knowledge about the car's engine and updated components.

Nissan's latest Quest model comes outfitted with a 3.5L DOHC V-6 engine that delivers an excellent 260 horsepower and 240 lb.-ft. of torque. The engine is mated with an Xtronic transmission that has received tuning enhancements and upgraded D-Step Shift logic, which provides smoother transitions when accelerating. Additionally, the 2015 Nissan Quest in Grapevine features greater fuel economy this year, boasting an EPA-estimated 27 mpg highway, 20 mpg city and 22 mpg combined. This increase allows drivers to take advantage of additional gas mileage and save on fuel.

To better accommodate drivers utilizing the 2015 Nissan Quest in Grapevine's audio system, the display has been upgraded from 4.3 inches to 5 inches this year. The color display allows occupants to easily navigate between radio stations and make selections while cruising along the road. In addition to this enhancement, the Platinum trim has acquired moving object detection, which is included on Around View Monitor. The program works by notifying drivers when there are moving objects close by the vehicle that could potentially cause an accident, improving safety for all.
