The Nissan Murano only gets light changes for 2021, including some new color options and a new package available for select trims. Performance

Performance stays the same for the Nissan Murano in 2021. The base trim and the SL are both driven by a 3.5L gasoline engine with six cylinders. Power output and torque are identical for both trims, with a maximum power production of 260 HP and 240 LB-FT in top torque. The engine uses regular fuel. You have the option of getting your Murano with front-wheel or all-wheel drive.

Appearance

Some stylistic differences help to set the S and SL trim levels of the 2021 Nissan Murano apart. The base trim has 18-inch wheels that are paired with all-season tires. The S trim level also has daytime running lights on the front with LED bulbs. LED taillights are also included to add style and visibility all around. With the SL trim level, the Murano also adds LED fog lights. The SL trim level has silver roof rails that enhance its rugged appearance and help you carry more equipment and belongings. Both trim levels have power-operated side mirrors with integrated LED turn signals, while the SL adds heated mirrors. The SL also has a motion-activated liftgate.

Features

You'll get a feature-packed vehicle regardless of whether you get the S or the SL Murano trim. A push-button start with the Nissan Intelligent Key is standard with both. The S trim of the Murano also has an eight-inch infotainment system and one USB port in each row. The SL adds intelligent climate control and remote engine start as well. You can get leather seats by choosing the SL, which also adds a heated steering wheel. The 2021 Nissan Murano's standard safety features include high-beam assist, automated emergency braking, rear cross-traffic alert, rear emergency braking, and blind-spot warning.
