About Grace

GRACE is an organization determined to assist families in Grapevine and the surrounding areas. They help both individuals and families who have fallen on hard times get back on their feet with assistance and guidance. GRACE helps those with chronic low income as well as those who have experienced an emergency.

Friends & Family is just one of the services provided by Grace. Aimed to help seniors in the area, this program involves civic groups, individual volunteers, faith groups, and service organizations. The goal is to reduce social and physical isolation for the seniors in Grapevine, Southlake, and Colleyville.

GRACE also provides both a community garden and a food pantry. The food pantry uses a voucher system, allowing individuals and their families to choose the food that meets their specific dietary and religious needs. Both perishable and non-perishable food can be found at the GRACE pantry.

About Grace

Perhaps the most exciting service offered by GRACE is its community clinic. This medical home is designed for uninsured families who cannot otherwise access healthcare. The community clinic offers chiropractic care, internal medicine, cardiology, and endocrinology on top of routine services. Volunteer physicians, nurses, and nurse practitioners donate their time to make this clinic possible. The clinic also provides education opportunities for self-care.

GRACE provides transitional housing for homeless individuals and families. The goal of this program is to help them move toward independence. While living in a clean and stable environment, these individuals can help achieve their career and financial goals. People living in transitional housing have access to other GRACE services, such as the food pantry.
