2017 Nissan Maxima Gets Apple CarPlay Across Lineup

Just when you thought the completely redesigned Nissan Maxima couldn’t get any better, it just did. For 2017, Nissan is outfitting all brand-new Maxima models with Apple CarPlay as standard equipment on all trim levels. The technology offers users an easy way to have convenient control over music, navigation, phone, texts and more than a dozen third party apps.

In addition, two new accessory value packages, the Medallion Package and Dynamic package, join the ultra-posh Midnight Edition Maxima in providing car buyers with an easy way to customize their car.

Available in five trims, S, SV, SL, the sporty SR and the top-of-the-line Platinum, the five-passenger sedan is a game changer for the midsize car segment. On the outside, the car dons sporty 18-inch alloys, automatic headlights, foglights, LED running lights, and keyless ignition and entry. Great connectivity features like Bluetooth, two USB ports and an 8-inch touchscreen display make staying connected easy.

The 2017 Nissan Maxima is moved by an energetic 3.5-liter V6 that pumps out 300 horses and 261 pound-feet of torque. Standard, the car gets front-wheel drive and a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT).
