Known as the “Christmas Capital of Texas,” Grapevine has a wide range of fun-filled festivities that are sure to keep you coming back year after year. Here are just a couple of must-attend events taking place in our area that are sure to get you in the holiday spirit!
Twinkle Light Boat ParadeOn Saturday, Dec. 3, from 6-9 p.m., gather your friends and family and head on down to Lake Grapevine for the annual Twinkle Light Boat Parade. Experience the magic of this one-of-a-kind display as boats dressed in colorful lights cruise through the waters of this gorgeous lake. Starting at Twin Coves Marina, this floating festival picks up entries along the way at various marinas, including Scott’s Landing and Silver Lake. You don’t have to be on the water to see this awe-inspiring parade either, as it is visible from the lake's shoreline.
Magic of Christmas Light ShowFrom now through Jan. 8, make your holiday season shine by witnessing a light show like no other. Held every night from 6-11 p.m. on Main and Dallas streets, the Magic of Christmas Light Show is sure to light up your festive style. This cherished show is approximately 20 minutes long and features thousands of lights that move to classic holiday music.
