Nissan has made significant changes to the Pathfinder for 2017, improving its capabilities and expanding its range of technologies. These enhancements begin with the model’s exterior, which receives a new front bumper and V-Motion grille, boomerang-shaped headlights, rearview mirrors with integrated turn signals, and a fresh rear design. A set of newly designed 18- and 20-inch aluminum wheels top off these outside updates, adding extra flair to the latest edition of this legendary SUV.

Connectivity in the 2017 Pathfinder has also seen great improvements, with the addition of a Motion-Activated liftgate, an Advanced Drive-Assist Display, which provides significant vehicle information, and NissanConnectSM with Navigation. SiriusXM-powered NissanConnect Services are also available, including automatic collision warning, stolen vehicle locator, emergency calling, remote engine stop/start and maintenance alerts.

Aside from these benefits, the SUV gets a brand-new 3.5L V6 engine that comes with a slew of upgraded components, including a Direct Injection Gasoline system. The V6 generates 284 horsepower and 259 lb.-ft. of torque, and supports the Pathfinder’s new best-in-class 6,000-pound towing capacity. With its new mechanics, the SUV is able to power through some of the toughest road conditions and is ready for any adventure that comes its way.
