Charging the Nissan LEAF just got a whole lot easier for Texas residents. Nissan is officially offering a "No Charge to Charge" program where all new owners of the Nissan LEAF within the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston areas will be able to publicly charge the all-electric vehicle for free during the first year of ownership.

The program, which started in October, is available to all Nissan buyers who purchase a LEAF before Mar. 31. With this luxury, owners will be able to have access to 40 eVgo Freedom Station locations scattered throughout Houston and the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, as well as Park N' Fly locations at both local airports.

"NRG eVgo has created a comprehensive suite of electric vehicle charging products to support the growing number of EVs and to address EV drivers' need to charge both at home as well as on the road," said Jack Cannata, director of marketing for NRG eVgo. "With access to our well-placed charging stations across the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston metro areas, Nissan LEAF drivers can really maximize their use of the vehicle."

The Nissan LEAF has risen in popularity in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and it has become one of the largest markets for the EV. Texas Nissan is your premier destination for purchasing LEAFs in Grapevine, located within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, and our inventory is filled with high-quality models you're guaranteed to love.
